Our Key Discovery Branding Process is designed to help you discover your purpose as a company, leading to your brand message.

Hile Design created Key Discovery as a way to systematically gather critical information about your company to help identify marketable strengths. Clients may request this branding service at any point when they need help discovering their foundational principles, whether they are launching a new business or are an established company who wants to reach new clients. (We also offer other branding services like logo and tagline development. And if your branding is established, we offer marketing strategy services to help you create a marketing plan to help move you forward.)

Key Discovery Branding Phase I – Research and Analysis

In Phase I, we work together with your company to build an online brand perception survey that we administer to your customers. Our research will reveal hard data so you can understand what your customers really think of your company and its services. Learn your strengths and areas needing improvement. From this phase, you’ll receive a report outlining all of the data, segmented and organized and a set of recommendations.

Key Discovery Branding Phase II – Discovery Day

Phase II, Discovery Day, is an exciting, interpersonal brainstorming session. Each Key Discovery Day is personalized; no two are exactly the same. In general, we examine and discuss your company’s mission, values and goals; your corporate culture; and your customers’ perception of you and your products and services. The outcome of this phase is your Brand Platform, a document including your brand vision, mission, core values and brand promise.
